1. Crust: mix pecans as well as butter. Pour in curry plate, spread to cover underside of plate and devote freezer.

2. Chocolate layer: Melt butter and candy in microwave approx. only two min. Mix in product and vanilla. Stir properly. Add equal. Pour over frozen curry crust and put in freezer.

3. Peanut Butter layer: Mix peanut butter, product cheese and Splenda together with food processor or blender. Propagate over frozen pie.

4. Whip cream with vanilla as well as cocoa until stiff highs. Spread over pie as well as refrigerate. Serves 8.

Cheesecake Muffins

1 pkg gelatin (simply)

1 c cooking food water

16 oz tender cream cheese

1 testosterone levels vanilla

16 pkgs Splenda

1 ounce . of unsw. Chocolate, melted (optional)

Dissolve gelatin throughout boiling water and wake well. Cut cheese into small pieces and set up dissolved gelatin. Add dissolved chocolate (if employing) and mix. Put vanilla, sweetener and defeat well with electric machine (2 min. about med/hi). Pour straight into buttered pie pan or perhaps 12 muffin cups. (When using muffin cups, set cupcake paper in goblet first). Chill until finally firm, 2-3 hours. Makes 12.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Pubs

Crust:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 goblet brown sugar twin

1/2 goblet butter

1/2 cup marauded walnuts

Filling:

8 ounce . of cream cheese

1/2 goblet Slenda

2 eggs

1/2 goblet pumpkin

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

Combine crust ingredients in food processor until blended. Media into an 8×8″ greased container. Bake at 350 for 15 min; cool a little. Meanwhile, make filling: Combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust as well as bake 35 min until finally set. Cool and slice in bars. Makes 04 bars.

Basic Cookie Formula

Ingredients

2 1/2 glasses almond flour

1 1/2 glasses splenda

1 tsp guar or perhaps xanthan gum

1 goblet butter, soft

1 egg

1 1/2 tsp cooking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp sodium

Mix all ingredients throughout mixer until blended. Divide into 4 bowls and flavor based on your tastes. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours before cooking. Make cookies by creating dough into 1/2″ baseballs, placing on cookie page. Dip bottom of any glass in Splenda (or perhaps Splenda / cinnamon) blend and flatten balls. Make at 375 8-12 minute, until lightly browned. Makes about 12 cookies.

To help flavor: add 1 tsp remove to each portion. Regarding chocolate, add 1 oz melted unsweetened chocolate to at least one portion, and additional tablespoon regarding Splenda.
